Fantastic location in Puente La Reina, just a short distance from Pamplona and close to the town square, supermarkets, and the church. Great service and a bright superior family room with special pillows. - Modern bathroom facilities were a standout feature of the room.

Great people. Easy.
Could have been a bit closer for our purpose. Not bad. Great for parking a car.

We thought everything about the Hotel to be excellent. Our room was very comfortable and very clean, including the bathroom. The staff on reception we found to be very welcoming, infact all the staff we encountered were very friendly. The only fault (thats if you count it as a fault) we did find, there wasnt tea/coffee making facilites in our room. But apart from that, our whole experience at Hotel Jakue was very enjoyable, and we would certainly stay again and recommend to our friends.
No complaints - apart from not having tea/coffee making facilites in our room

Good service, good value, really enjoyed it. The twin room that we stayed in was compact and new-fashioned. The staff was efficient and everything was great. Location: the hotel was really close to the valley with view of, and the centre of Puenta la Reina.

Hotel was easy to find, centrally located, plenty of parking. Breakfast was good. Buffet dinner had a variety of food choices.
Probably a bit overpriced for what I got.

We stayed here while walking the Camino de Santiago. It is perfect for this. The hotel is right on the trail just before entering the center of Puente la Reina (which is only about another 5 minutes down the path). The room was great -- big with nice bathroom (with a tub). The breakfast buffet was definitely worth the 7.50 EUR -- we ate well and weren't hungry until late in the afternoon on our walk the next day. This hotel was definitely a nice surprise and a real find, especially if you are walking the Camino. We would absolutely recommend it.

We have stayed there on many occasions, on our way to and from the Costa Blanca,it's conveinient, easy to find, plenty of parking, the rooms are clean and adequate, and fine for an overnight stop. There is a bar which is always open, so it's great when you arrive after a long journey,so you can get a coffee, water, or something stronger if desired, and a tapa or snack is available. The restaurant is good, it also opens at 8pm which is unusual for Spain, unfortunately it's not always open, but because the hotel is so accomodating, they will serve the menu del dia, or other foof in the bar.
